Chef's Table

During Westminster Week in New York City, my friend Abbe Shaw and I were invited to sit at the Chef's Table with Canine Chronicle group Tom and Amy Grabe.  Gordon Ramsay's Restaurant at the London in NYC is definitely the place to be.   A five hour experience of being wined and dined  by the best chef in NYC. 
 
 
 
 Here are some photos that I took of some of the plates offered to us.  Each plate was paired with a special wine to compliment the taste.

Confit Hudson Valley Foie Gras


 Braised Sturgeon


      Roasted Colorado lamb, smoked eggplant, turnip confit, lamb bacon


 
Cocoa Nib Souffle, Grapefruit Sorbet, Cucumber Meringue, Gin Inniskillin, Vidal Gold Ice

Apple Tart and homemade icecream-the desserts just kept coming

                                                                 This was our group!  I think we were all very happy by the time this photo was taken.   10 pairings.   


This was our chef.  He came from London where he worked with Gordon Ramsay for years.   He is the head chef at London in NYC.
